MMS Fee is $99 per case set
For up to three parties
Included in Fee:

Your phone lines are forwarded to an MMS phone line which will be answered by a Case Manager.

An MMS Case Manager takes the case information from the submitting party by phone, fax, mail, or email.
Your
MMS Case Manager communicates with you by phone, fax, and email
to keep you up-to-date on the cases' progress. MMS sends confirmation notices to the parties
and to you. -
Prior
to the mediation, we call all parties to re-confirm.

Your
case information, including the various parties information, is
available via MMS'
web site.

Your
MMS calendar
is available 24 hours a day at this website.

Your billing is sent to the parties on your letterhead, with payment directed to you (optional).
Pay only for the services that you use!
There are NO long-term contracts.
